A B O U T B E T H A N Y

Bethany graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Long Island University, C.W. Post, where she majored in Dance Studies. While at C.W. Post she was part of the Post Concert Dance Company and Post Dance Team. As part of the Post Dance Team, she performed at basketball games, football games, pep rallies, and competitions. As part of the Post Concert Dance Company, Bethany trained with choreographers from the Genesis Dance Company, Limon Dance Company, and Paul Taylor Dance Company. She had the opportunity to train with well known dancers while participating for 4 years in the Senior Showcase in Harlem. During college, Bethany danced in many performances in Long Island and Manhattan. She attended the American College Dance Festival all four years, where her choreography was showcased.  Bethany concluded her college career by winning the “Outstanding Senior in Dance” award from C.W. Post.

Since graduation, Bethany has taught in numerous dance studios in New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts, and has gained great experience teaching students of all ages. Bethany finds joy in teaching children the art of dance and spreading her love of dance to others.
